3. Community and Social Platform Conduct

The Services may include forums, social networking features, messaging, comments, posts, and other interactive functionality (“User Content”).

By using these features, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Tax Rep Network in the preceding twelve (12) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tax Rep Network, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
